The Nordaas owner/contractor concept allows the customer to be totally involved in the planning and building process, simplified with the use of our We Frame You Finish package.
Our framing package is completely enclosed to the weather and under lock and key. This means exterior doors, windows, shingles, soffit, fascia and siding is all furnished and installed.
On the inside, interior wall framing is complete. Our framing package also includes insulation, sheetrock, interior doors, trim and cabinet material.
Whether you do the inside finishing or have Nordaas assist in identifying individuals for you to consider hiring, your home will be built for a lifetime of living.
Customer involvement is encouraged at all times. Our customers, with the use of
three dimensional drawings and visual walk-through's provided by Nordaas, subcontract their own excavator, mason, electrician, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. This gives them the opportunity to interview and hand-pick each and every subcontractor, not to mention the money they will save being the general contractor.
