Nordaas American Homes will prepare lumber and mill specifications for all the materials needed to build-to-plan. Only the finest building materials are selected and purchased direct in volume and delivered to our warehouses, enabling inspection prior to delivery. Customer involvement is again encouraged during this phase. Most building materials, windows, doors and cabinets are on display in our design center, including floor coverings, blinds and fireplaces. Decorating supplies including paint, stain, light fixtures and counter tops can be purchased locally. Nordaas designers stay up-to-date with new material technology and efficient building components insuring superior energy savings performance. Deliveries to building sites are in preplanned stages with only the materials to be used delivered at the times they are needed. Once materials are delivered, our specialized framing teams start construction.
