Need help finding a plan? Experience has shown that no two families have exactly the same needs and wants. Customers are encouraged to complete a questionnaire to help specific needs and wants. Once completed we can search our database of thousands of elevations and floor plans to find a number of plans that meet your requests.

These target plans will be close, but may not meet all of your needs or exactly fit the location. Feel free to call to set a time to meet with one of our design representatives at your home or location. These representatives have been trained to take several different ideas and combine them into the perfect plan. This is a free service, which allows us to present a guaranteed price. Pricing is only as good as the plan, and spending enough time in the planning phase will help eliminate cost overruns that commonly occur with estimates or allowances.

Once a plan, material selection and prices are agreed upon, Nordaas design representatives turn over their sales sketch to our house drafting department. They finalize the design with state of the art CAD software, giving the customer a three dimensional view of both the exterior and the interior of the home. This offers the best chance to make certain our customers are satisfied with every detail prior to construction.
