Services Provided

Nordaas provides a “no obligation” meeting to discuss design and pricing.  This is a free service which allows a Nordaas Design/Sales Representative to stop by the building site, interact with customers, and design a plan with detailed specifications. This gives us the ability to present a guaranteed price on a custom designed plan where customer involvement is continually highlighted.

Nordaas delivers a complete framing and material package which includes all necessary material and labor to bring the house to a point where it is framed and enclosed to weather. Essentially, the framing package brings the house to a point where it is finished from the exterior. Our package also includes all interior drywall, cabinet, trim, and door material. Once the owner decides and commits to work with Nordaas, we provide full sets of building plans which are created with AutoCad Revit. This program gives us the ability to provide the owner with Virtual Reality walk-throughs on every custom plan. Again, customer satisfaction is our top priority as we strive to deliver your dream home.

The Nordaas Owner-Contractor concept allows the customer to be totally involved in the planning and building process. If the customer agrees, Nordaas can provide assistance with estimating cost, selecting, and coordinating preferred local subcontractors for their project. This would include excavation, foundation, HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. The owner is then allowed to work with and hire the subcontractors that they feel comfortable with, not to mention the cost savings associated with the Owner-Contractor concept. At Nordaas, our job is to help each customer through the entire process.
